Bosnian swimmer Lana Pudar reached the semifinals of the 200m butterfly at the World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan.
The 17-year-old Mostarian won second place in her qualifying group with a score of 2:08.16, which was the fifth time in qualifying.
The fastest in qualifying was Helena Rosendahl Bach of Denmark with a time of 2:07.57.
The semifinal races are scheduled for 2:16 p.m. today.
Lana Pudar has already competed in the 100m butterfly race in Fukuoka where she failed to reach the final.
